Senior Real Estate Development Manager - East for AWS Data Center projects, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing large-scale real estate deals and entitlements across multiple regions. Leads cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to deliver development plans that meet investment and timeline targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead deal sourcing, engagement, negotiation and execution of real estate deals
Work cross-functionally with Legal, Design Engineering, Economic Development, Public Policy, Construction and Capacity Planning
Lead the entitlement process and jurisdictional engagement
Assist in developing site plans and development budgets
Lead teams of vendors, consultants, and contractors

Real estate development and governance with cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Design Engineering, Economic Development, Public Policy, Construction, and Capacity Planning; heavy emphasis on entitlements, budgeting, and multi-region program management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior real estate professional with 7+ years of experience negotiating and executing complex data center deals, able to influence executive leadership and lead cross-functional programs across multiple regions.
