Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading executive-level recruiting for Principal Engineers, advising directors and VPs on talent landscape, and delivering strategic talent solutions for Amazon's engineering leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary talent advisor to Directors and VPs
- Define and deliver recruiting strategies for highly-critical roles
- Identify and engage highly passive senior engineering candidates
- Build robust talent networks across technology sectors
- Lead client update meetings with data-driven insights
