Key Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for revenues and contract costs
Revenue contract review and ASC606 documentation
Revenue reconciliations for amendments
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Support audits and implement accounting systems/tools
Develop ad-hoc revenue reporting

Technical Overview

GAAP revenue accounting with ASC 606/ASC 340; NetSuite ERP; journal entries and reconciliations; month-end close; ad-hoc revenue reporting; automation and system optimization; audit support

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level revenue accountant with 4+ years of GAAP experience, strong ASC 606/ASC 340 knowledge, and hands-on NetSuite expertise. CPA or CPA-track is preferred; must thrive in a fast-growing SaaS environment and collaborate across FP&A, Legal, and People teams.
