Senior Reviewer, Loss Control Surveyor

Senior Reviewer, Loss Control Surveyor performs in-depth reviews of submitted Loss Control Surveys to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and client-specific standards. The role provides corrective feedback, uses specified tools to validate report data, and mentors a team of surveyors.

• Conduct in-depth reviews of submitted Loss Control Surveys across coverage lines (Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Property)
• Evaluate reports against internal RSP standards and client-specific guidelines
• Provide clear, concise feedback and document required changes
• Use CoreLogic, AUSUM, and Loss Control 360 to validate and process report data
• Mentor 5–15 surveyors and monitor coaching/quality trends

This is a loss control QA/peer review function using systems such as CoreLogic to validate replacement costs and AUSUM or Loss Control 360 for report processing. The reviewer evaluates Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Property coverage-line reports against internal RSP standards and client guidelines, then escalates recurring quality concerns.

The ideal candidate is a senior Loss Control Surveyor with 3+ years of hands-on survey experience and a strong eye for detail. They have performed QA or peer review of technical reports and can validate replacement costs using CoreLogic and process reports with AUSUM or Loss Control 360 while delivering clear, actionable feedback and mentoring other surveyors.
