Senior Risk Analyst – Business Continuity/DR leads governance and oversight of business resilience capabilities, including BIA, BCP, and resilience exercises; collaborates with technology, operations and other functions to align to enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead governance and oversight of BIA, BCP, and resilience tests
Identify gaps and drive improvements aligned to enterprise standards
Partner with 1st Line of Defense to ensure practical continuity strategies
Develop and report KRIs
Advise business leaders on resilience risks

Technical Overview

Foundational knowledge of resilience disciplines (risk management, technology recovery, third-party risk); strong reporting and metrics capabilities; MS Office/Visio

The ideal candidate is a mid- to senior-level risk analyst with 5+ years in business resilience, BIA/BCP, and governance; strong MS Office/Visio skills; capable of designing metrics and leading resilience-related reporting.
