Senior SDR drives pipeline creation for biopharma partnerships and strategic accounts, owning a defined set of target accounts and using account-based engagement to generate qualified opportunities and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategic pipeline development for target accounts
- Develop ABM engagement strategies
- Partner with Account Directors/Marketing
- Conduct deep account research
- Manage CRM and pipeline hygiene
Technical Overview
Focus on account-based selling, multi-channel outreach, Salesforce CRM, ABM platforms, and sales engagement tooling (Outreach) to maintain pipeline hygiene and track progress.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior SDR with 3-5+ years in account-based selling for biopharma or life sciences, demonstrated pipeline generation across complex enterprise accounts, and strong Salesforce/Outreach proficiency.
