Senior SDR role driving pipeline creation for GeneDx biopharma partnerships and strategic accounts. Own a defined target-account book, run account-based, multi-threaded outreach, source and qualify opportunities, and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategic pipeline development for target biopharma accounts
- Develop and execute account-based engagement strategies with multi-threaded outreach
- Partner with Account Directors and ABM/marketing teams on coordinated account plans
- Conduct deep account research to map organizations and identify decision-makers
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline in Salesforce

Primary systems include Salesforce CRM for lead/contact/account and opportunity-stage tracking, plus outreach channels including LinkedIn, phone, and email. Work integrates ABM campaigns, targeted content, events, and intent signals into account engagement motions.
