EverFi is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own Salesforce day-to-day as the system of record. The role focuses on building and maintaining workflows, automation, permissions, data integrity, integrations, and revenue reporting to support go-to-market operations.

  • Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration as system of record
  • Configure workflows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts
  • Manage permissions, profiles, data quality, and duplicate records
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and maintain automation workflows for the revenue cycle
  • Maintain Salesforce integrations and build dashboards/reporting for forecasting and pipeline health

This practitioner-level role administers Salesforce using configurations like workflows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts. It also maintains integrations with HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, Fireflies, and Amplemarket and creates dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, conversion performance, and revenue attainment, leveraging Salesforce reporting, Excel, and Microsoft Copilot.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level Salesforce Administrator who serves as a primary Salesforce subject-matter expert and is comfortable as a hands-on daily user. They have deep experience configuring Salesforce (workflows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts), governing permissions and data quality, building automation for the revenue cycle, and maintaining integrations with HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, Fireflies, and Amplemarket, along with strong reporting and dashboarding for pipeline health and forecasting.
