Senior Salesforce Business Analyst supporting Frontline Products, partnering with Sales to align processes, safeguard data integrity, and build scalable analysis and reporting capabilities. Involves translating sales processes into Salesforce requirements, supporting testing, and maintaining runbooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Document current-state processes; Lead discovery activities; Translate business needs into user stories with acceptance criteria; Plan and execute structured QA/UAT; Maintain documentation and runbooks
Technical Overview
Stack includes Salesforce CRM with admin experience, SQL-based data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets for analytics, and QA/UAT across CRM features. Works with Sales Ops and Product & Engineering in Agile ceremonies.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 3+ years supporting sales organizations, strong Salesforce and admin experience, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis. They should excel at translating business needs into user stories and collaborating across Sales, Ops, and Product teams.
