About this role
Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect leads the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Salesforce solutions for federal customers. The role sets technical direction for platform architecture, data modeling, integrations, and security while using Salesforce AI capabilities and mentoring developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations in federal environments
- Architect and develop advanced custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft, including event-driven architecture and platform events
- Configure automation using Flow, Process Builder, and approval processes for enterprise workflows
- Manage sandbox strategy, environment planning, and release management while ensuring FedRAMP and federal compliance
Technical Overview
This position requires full-stack Salesforce engineering using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), plus enterprise integrations through REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft. It includes automation via Flow and Process Builder, governance via sandbox strategy and release management, and compliance-aligned architecture using FedRAMP-focused security practices.
