About this role

This role designs and stewards the end-to-end, platform-wide service experience for College Board’s Authentic Work Platform (AWP). As a senior service designer, you will work across domains and user types to ensure AWP feels like one coherent platform, not disconnected tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and steward end-to-end service journeys across the full Authentic Work Platform lifecycle
  • Lead platform-level service design and strategy across onboarding, creation, delivery, scoring/evaluation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and program teams to build user-centered experiences at scale
  • Influence without formal authority to align teams through shared journeys, principles, and standards
  • Ground decisions in user research and operational realities to support trust, reliability, and equity
