About this role
Senior Site EHS Manager leads safety and environmental programs at a designated Amazon site, partnering with operations to implement WHS policies and reduce risk. The role requires lean and Kaizen-driven improvements, data analysis of safety trends, and development of safety staff at the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME of local/regional regulations and company WHS policy
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable Amazon Safety Policies
- Measure site performance against published safety requirements and fix deficiencies
- Maintain safety record keeping and data integrity
- Manage and mentor the Safety Managers and Safety Associates

Ideal Candidate
