The ideal candidate is a senior social media professional with 5-8 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts. They can execute end-to-end content and campaigns using Hootsuite or Buffer, apply SEO best practices, and measure performance with Google Analytics and KPIs to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
