The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes and a strong stack including .NET, Java, Angular/React, and Kafka. They should have cloud experience across AWS/Azure/GCP, strong DevOps/CI-CD skills, and proven ability to deliver at scale in a regulated financial services environment.
