About this role

Senior Full Stack Engineer on Wells Fargo's Capital Markets FX technology team. Responsible for building and maintaining FX applications with a hybrid work model in Charlotte, leveraging Java, ReactJS, Spring, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions
Collaborate with technical experts, senior tech teams, and external groups to resolve issues
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes Java-based backend with Spring ecosystem, ReactJS frontend, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), and NoSQL (MongoDB). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban is expected.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior full-stack engineer with 4+ years of Java and ReactJS experience, strong microservices background, and hands-on Cloud experience (Azure or GCP) in a banking environment.
