About this role

Hummingbird is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Trust team to build and maintain the platform infrastructure, security, and deployment tooling for a fintech SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the underlying infrastructure and AWS environment using Terraform
  • Collaborate with a small, distributed team
  • Tackle security, reliability, and performance in a high-stakes environment
  • Influence architecture and hosting strategy

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with 7+ years of experience building cloud-hosted web applications, strong in AWS/Azure and infrastructure as code, and capable of owning platform reliability and security in a fintech SaaS environment.
