About this role

Senior Salesforce Engineer to develop and integrate Salesforce-based capabilities across Prudential's Group Insurance products with emphasis on Apex, LWC, DX, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Define technical vision for Salesforce platform
implement features with Apex/LWC
collaborate with product/eng teams
build integrations with external systems
drive testing and SDLC governance

Technical Overview

Stack includes Salesforce platforms (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, DX), integration via MuleSoft, CI/CD with Copado/GitHub/Jenkins, analytics with Einstein/Tableau CRM; governance and security considerations are central.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Salesforce engineer with strong Apex, LWC, and Salesforce DX experience, plus integration skills (MuleSoft, APIs) and DevOps experience (CI/CD, Copado). They should be comfortable leading Salesforce-based initiatives across enterprise apps (CPQ, Experience Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud).
