Senior QA/Test Manager role leading VA information systems testing efforts. Responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating manual and automated testing across multiple test types with strong programming skills and CI/CD familiarity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures
Write test cases/scripts and identify data for test scenarios
Conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders
Lead tests to ensure defect-free operation
Create daily test metrics and reporting

Technical Overview

Stack includes C#, .NET, Java, Python; automation with Selenium/TestNG/JUnit/QTP/LoadRunner; CI/CD with GitHub Actions; cloud familiarity with AWS/Azure; defect tracking with JIRA/Bugzilla; performance testing with JMeter/Gatling; UAT and test management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior software test manager with 10+ years of experience leading QA on complex software projects, proficient in C#/Java/Python, and skilled in automated/manual testing, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and test automation tools. They should have strong communication and mentorship abilities and be able to work remotely for VA projects.
