About this role
Senior Solution Architect at Northteq leads the software requirements, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce-based leasing and lending solutions for clients. This role guides multiple projects, mentors other SAs, and ensures client expectations align with product capabilities and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software requirements gathering and solutioning
- Configure Salesforce and Northteq’s products
- Test software solutions
- Train clients on software solutions
- Guide clients in implementation best practices and manage client expectations
Technical Overview
Focus on Salesforce configuration and design, business analysis, and implementation of leasing and lending solutions; strong communication with clients; remote-first environment with occasional travel.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior solutions architect with deep Salesforce experience, strong business analysis and consulting background, and a track record of delivering packaged applications for lending/fintech clients. They excel in guiding clients through implementation with clear communication, and are comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person client engagements.
