Position Details
About this role
This senior solutions architecture role owns end-to-end design of complex customer/prospect solutions for a social media management SaaS platform. You will act as a bridge between customer-facing teams and Product/Tech, translating client use cases into robust technical architectures, briefs, and architecture artefacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for integrations and workflows
- Run discovery workshops and refine client requirements
- Translate requirements into functional and non-functional requirements plus acceptance criteria
- Create architecture artefacts (solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, configuration guides)
- Partner with Product and Engineering to validate designs and manage build-vs-configure-vs-integrate decisions
Technical Overview
You will design integration-heavy solutions using APIs, webhooks, SSO, data sync, and custom workflows, leveraging platform capabilities like publishing, engagement, listening, analytics, and governance. You will produce diagrams and configuration guides, evaluate feasibility and trade-offs, and align engineering implementation with platform architecture and standards.

The ideal candidate is a senior solutions architect who leads end-to-end solution designs for enterprise customer/prospect use cases on a SaaS social media management platform. They can translate requirements and operational constraints into robust technical architectures using APIs, webhooks, SSO, and data sync, while producing clear architecture artefacts and communicating in non-technical language to business stakeholders.
