About this role
The Staff Solutions Architect provides technical and functional support for ICE Mortgage Technology’s sales, business development, client management, and professional services teams. The role focuses on requirements analysis, architecture review, solution design support, and leading technical presentations to drive customer success and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect/analyze/interpret complex requirements
- Develop requirements documentation
- Review/analyze architecture and security/design/functional alignment
- Develop and lead complex technical presentations to executives and technical staff
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, SRE, Technical Support) to drive sales adoption
Technical Overview
You will work hands-on with the ICE Mortgage Technology Servicing platform from technical, architectural, security, design, and functional perspectives. The role includes acting as an integration and technical lead, developing requirements documentation, reviewing current architecture for strategic alignment, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, SRE, and Technical Support teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level Solutions Architect with 8+ years of experience administering, configuring, or implementing enterprise Servicing systems. They have deep knowledge of a mortgage servicing platform and can translate complex technical and functional requirements into successful customer solutions, including presenting to executives.
