Senior healthcare solutions engineer responsible for pre-sales consulting, healthcare domain expertise, and aligning Talkdesk solutions with clinical, operational, and financial KPIs across providers, payers, or digital health customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and propose healthcare-focused Talkdesk solutions
- Lead SOW scoping and pilot/POC efforts
- Engage in C-level discussions to articulate ROI and value
- Collaborate with product/engineering on healthcare-specific roadmaps
- Support demand generation through marketing and events
Technical Overview
Deep healthcare IT experience with HIPAA/HITECH/HITRUST, SaaS solutions, CRM & ITSM concepts, and integration with Epic/Cerner/Salesforce Health Cloud; strong solution architecture and post-discovery scoping.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior healthcare-focused solutions engineer with 8+ years of experience in SaaS and healthcare IT, strong HIPAA/HITECH/HITRUST knowledge, and a track record of articulating value to C-suite stakeholders through solution architecture and pre-sales engagements.
