About this role
Senior Solutions Engineer at Okta to partner with regional sales, perform technical demonstrations, and lead solutioning phases for customers, with opportunities to travel within APAC and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales to develop strategic and technical account plans
- Demonstrate Okta value through live demos and presentations
- Lead technical solutioning and POC for customers
- Build and manage technical relationships with customers, partners
- Represent as Technical Advocate and speaker at events
Technical Overview
Role centers on pre-sales engineering for identity/security platforms, including IAM, SSO, OAuth/OpenID/SAML, LDAP integrations, and live customer engagements; requires cross-functional collaboration and POC execution.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior pre-sales consultant with 1-2 years of pre-sales experience in identity/security domains, strong communication skills, and the ability to present to CxO-level stakeholders while traveling within APAC and beyond.
