Senior enrollment specialist responsible for supporting member enrollment activities for Molina health insurance products, including outreach, enrollment processing, and ensuring documentation accuracy while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with inbound/outbound enrollment calls
- Leads projects to meet enrollment targets
- Maintains monthly enrollment calendar
- Provides training to enroller team
- Meets with prospective members at various sites for education and enrollment assistance
