Senior Specialist, Website Optimization leads migrations and ongoing platform improvements for a portfolio of sites, ensuring Drupal CMS alignment, URL structure correctness, redirects, and scalable site performance with cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead website migration and integration efforts for acquired properties
Conduct site audits to evaluate structure, navigation, taxonomy, and content organization
Translate audit findings into actionable migration plans (URL structures, redirects, CMS requirements)
Partner with Front-End Development to implement routing logic, redirects, and CMS configurations within Drupal
Oversee pre- and post-launch validation and performance stabilization

Technical Overview

Drupal-based migrations, CMS configuration, SEO considerations, site structure, taxonomy, redirects; analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI); collaboration with Front-End Dev and PM tools (Asana, Jira).
