The ideal candidate is a senior platform infrastructure engineer with 10+ years building massively scalable distributed systems, proven leadership of infra teams, and deep experience with the Braze tech stack (Ruby on Rails, Go, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Sidekiq). You should excel at defining long-term architecture visions, driving cross-team collaboration, and delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure at scale.
