About this role
AudioEye is hiring a Senior Staff Product Designer to own design projects from start to finish. The role requires translating customer needs into accessible, enterprise-ready experiences, partnering with PMs and engineers, and shipping production-ready screens while measuring impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end with PMs and engineers (define problems, explore solutions, test assumptions, ship, and measure)
- Balance near-term constraints with long-term product vision
- Own problems wherever they lead, including writing PRDs
- Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows and improve team productivity
Technical Overview
This role emphasizes accessibility-focused UX work and hands-on execution across the design lifecycle. The designer will investigate implementation realities, use AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows, and communicate trade-offs and decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior staff product designer with 8+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality enterprise experiences in ambiguous, complex problem spaces. They lead projects end-to-end, collaborate closely with PMs and engineers, write PRDs, and consistently prioritize digital accessibility.
