About this role
This role leads strategy and business operations for Listing Media initiatives, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from pilot design to scaled execution. You will design experiments, define success metrics, track performance with dashboards, and synthesize insights to guide cross-functional teams and executive decision-making.

- Design and scale pilots and experiments with success metrics
- Own performance tracking with reporting frameworks and dashboards

- Lead end-to-end cross-functional programs and executive updates
Technical Overview
The technical scope is primarily analytics and measurement: defining success metrics, building reporting frameworks and dashboards, and using data synthesis to inform go-to-market approaches. Execution requires program management across Product, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, and Legal.
