About this role

Senior BI/Data Analytics role supporting the DePuy Synthes supply chain analytics; develops dashboards and analytics platforms, governs metrics, and drives data-driven decisions across multi-site supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, development, and maintenance of a New Set Forecasting and Deployment Application (Web App for BOM Forecast management and SET Deployment activities)
Develop analytics platform roadmap and strategy to scale BI capabilities across the supply chain organization
Analyze strategic and tactical business needs to design and deliver data driven solutions
Identify, prioritize, and activate cross franchise opportunities to standardize and scale key supply chain reporting
Own data validation, consolidation, and quality checks to assess and improve existing dashboards and reporting

Technical Overview

Stack includes Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, SAP/ERP, APO/OMP planning modules, and ETL pipelines; responsibilities include data validation, data modeling, and governance with Anchor App for BOM forecasting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior BI analyst with 5+ years in supply chain analytics, strong SQL and BI tooling (Power BI/Tableau), and hands-on experience with SAP/APO/OMP planning systems. They should excel in cross-functional collaboration, governance of dashboards, and turning data into actionable supply chain outcomes within a multi-site Swiss environment.
