Senior Systems Analyst, SAP Remote

This role supports SAP business applications, including project delivery, maintenance, new development, and problem solving. You will configure software or develop code, plan and execute testing, document changes, train users, and help lead project efforts.

• Configure software or create/modify code to meet business requirements and execute test plans
• Write software documentation and user manuals; develop and provide user training
• Confer with customers and teams to determine requirements and design business application systems
• Estimate configuration and development efforts; coordinate resources and milestones for delivery
• Lead and/or assist with problem solving, disaster recovery initiatives, and change management

You will work in an SAP environment performing software configuration and development, producing test plans and production-ready releases. The job also includes troubleshooting application performance/usage, contributing to disaster recovery and change management standards, and evaluating make vs. buy alternatives under direction.

The ideal candidate is a senior systems analyst with hands-on experience supporting and improving SAP-based business applications. They can configure and/or code to meet business requirements, create and execute test plans, and help transfer changes into production while leading or supporting projects and troubleshooting application performance.
