Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational support for the ServiceNow SaaS platform and integrations
- Own platform health, availability, and performance monitoring
- Act as senior operational responder for platform incidents
- Manage ticketing via ServiceNow, Jira, and Teams
- Collaborate with vendors/technical teams to resolve issues
