Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate/tech roles by partnering with hiring managers on intake, requisitions, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Manage candidate information in Workday and communicate continuously with stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake calls with hiring managers
- Own management of assigned requisitions and candidate data in Workday
- Screen applications and conduct behavioral based interviews
- Communicate candidate status and facilitate professional stakeholder communication
- Partner with hiring team on candidate selection and ongoing candidate relationship management
Technical Overview
Primarily an ATS-driven recruiting role managing requisitions and candidate pipelines in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Workday (preferred). Uses process discipline around behavioral based interviews, screening, and metric/selection workflows rather than software engineering.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level recruiter with 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience managing full-cycle hiring from intake through selection. They have strong ATS proficiency—preferably Workday—and can run behavioral interviews, screen applications, and partner closely with hiring managers to find mid-senior and tech/professional talent. They are highly customer-centric, detail-oriented, and effective at building relationships and communicating candidate status to stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
