About this role

Senior Team Leader leads a high-risk, complex Canadian/US operation, driving KPI achievement, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with vendors and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall performance of a high risk, complex team(s) with KPI achievement and risk mitigation
  • Partnership with platform and people vendors to create scalable processes
  • Full management responsibility for up to 15 associates
  • Develop/perform on key systems and technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with other areas, vendors and auditors

Technical Overview

Strong focus on risk/compliance governance, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to implement tech-driven process improvements; requires SIE/Series licenses (FINRA) and knowledge of regulatory procedures.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior financial services leader with at least 3+ years of operational leadership, strong risk management and regulatory compliance experience, and proven ability to drive technology initiatives across multiple locations.
