Senior Team Leader leads a high-risk, complex Canadian/US operation, driving KPI achievement, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with vendors and technology initiatives.

  • Overall performance of a high risk, complex team(s) with KPI achievement and risk mitigation
  • Partnership with platform and people vendors to create scalable processes
