About this role
This role leads end-to-end implementation of the RF-SMART Demand Planning product for customers. The consultant designs, configures, tests, and supports implementations while acting as a trusted advisor on demand planning and inventory optimization best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning implementation tasks
- Act as trusted advisor on best practices
- Review requirements, specifications, and business processes
- Perform configuration, testing, and user training
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver plan to customers
Technical Overview
Primary focus is the technical-functional delivery of RF-SMART Demand Planning, including requirements review, application design/setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting system issues. Includes delivering implementation requirements and user training plus documentation of functional/system design specifications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior technical implementation consultant with strong demand planning and supply chain operations knowledge. They are experienced leading RF-SMART Demand Planning implementations end-to-end, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and delivering customer user training while managing timelines across multiple projects.
