Senior Technical Information Specialist responsible for providing documentation to customers and internal teams, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and coordinating across Sales, Regulatory, and Quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete customer questionnaires and documentation requests
- Provide first-line support on documentation
- Manage updates of standard and customer-specific documents
- Coordinate cross-functional documentation needs
- Measure KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Technical Overview
Focus on documentation management, CRM and SAP platforms, and standard office tools. Hybrid work model with global collaboration across Sales, Regulatory and Quality teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level professional with a Master's in life sciences, 2+ years in quality/regulatory work, and strong documentation skills using Word/Excel; proficient with CRM or SAP and English communication are required.
