Provide professional safety/technical training consulting across the enterprise. Develop and maintain training materials, design evaluation and testing instruments, and analyze feedback to improve programs. Manage training programs and coordinate apprenticeship programs within regions.

They have demonstrated expertise applying adult learning principles, designing training materials and evaluation/testing instruments, and using Microsoft Office. They are comfortable delivering training and consulting in customer-facing settings, including managing apprenticeship programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
