About this role
Senior Technical Operations Analyst responsible for ETL production support using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC, with Unix/SQL expertise and ITIL-aligned service desk experience. This role maintains day-to-day IT/BAU functions, resolves incidents, and supports continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains day-to-day IT/BAU for ETL apps
- Performs root cause analysis and permanent fixes
- Troubleshoot with Informatica product teams
- Manage incidents/requests against SLAs
- Work in ITIL-aligned service desk and cross-environment debugging
Technical Overview
Stack includes Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC, Unix, SQL, TWS, ServiceNow, ITIL-based incident/change/problem management, with cloud exposure to AWS and scripting in Python.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior ETL production support specialist with 4-7 years of experience, strong Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC expertise, Unix/SQL skills, and ITIL-driven incident management in a hybrid, multinational setting.
