About this role

Aledade seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to define and deliver the roadmap for an AI Data Platform that powers internal and external AI capabilities. The role spans the lifecycle of ML/LLM platform workstreams and focuses on agentic retrieval and context graph solutions for healthcare value-based care workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver AI Data Platform roadmap, Lead full ML/LLM platform lifecycle (ingestion, training, deployment)
  • Write detailed user stories and measurable success criteria, Partner with AI researchers to mature proofs-of-concept into production, Validate model performance using healthcare records and validation data

Technical Overview

You will lead AI Data Platform initiatives involving data ingestion, training, deployment, and continuous optimization using performance metrics and feedback. The role requires strong understanding of APIs, DevOps, enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure (Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure), and data engineering principles, collaborating closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and clinical leadership.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior technical product manager with 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS/technology, grounded in machine learning and/or artificial intelligence. They can define AI platform roadmaps, write detailed user stories, partner with AI engineering/data science and clinical stakeholders, and communicate technical trade-offs while delivering production-grade ML/LLM platform capabilities.
