Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-domain technical programs across the Membership & Engagement domains, translating strategy into executable plans, coordinating engineering, product, data, and business leaders, and safely integrating AI/ML-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive complex, cross-functional technical programs from definition through delivery
- Translate strategic objectives into executable program plans
- Lead coordination of multiple technical teams and services
- Establish and run effective program operating rhythms, including governance, status, and decision forums
- Apply familiarity with AI/ML concepts and safely integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions
Technical Overview
Role involves architecture discussions, system design, API design, data modeling, governance, and metrics across large-scale programs; familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-enabled workflows is required.
