Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of Learning Intelligence Platform initiatives coordinating multiple technical teams
Implement technical architecture (semantic layers, data pipelines, real-time ingestion, APIs, metadata governance) and coordinate integrations
Align Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders on priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs
Communicate status, risks, and mitigation strategies to Director+ and VP-level stakeholders
Establish operational mechanisms including monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement

Own technical program delivery for a platform requiring semantic layers, data pipelines, real-time event ingestion, APIs, and metadata governance.
