About this role
Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing IT infrastructure and transformation projects in a fast-paced, multi-tenant environment. This hands-on role coordinates across engineering teams and client stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing technical projects
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with engineering teams to plan, schedule, and execute project work across multiple engagements
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful delivery
Technical Overview
Stack includes Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, networking fundamentals; uses ServiceNow and Jira for project tracking; MSP/IT services environment with cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior IT project manager with 8+ years in IT services/MSP/consulting, experienced delivering client-facing infrastructure and cloud projects, with strong stakeholder management and hands-on coordination across engineering teams. PMP and Agile certifications are valued.
