Senior Technology Project Manager to lead technology-focused real estate construction projects across retail, service centers, and office environments. Partners with Technology, Security, Design, and Construction teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant technology infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technology components of CRE construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
  • Define and coordinate structured cabling and hardware requirements for offices, call centers, and data centers
  • Collaborate with internal Technology, Security, Design, and Construction teams
  • Manage bids, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation

Technical Overview

Experience with structured cabling and hardware requirements; CRE methodologies (TIA, BICSI); Remedy ITSM; cross-functional program governance; travel up to 50%
