About this role

Platform Architect/Senior Technology Specialist responsible for end-user compute platforms, embedding secure mobility and identity across remote and onsite assets using VMware Workspace ONE, Tanium, and Zero-Trust architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve platform architecture, including service boundaries and data flows
Establish architectural guardrails and performance targets
Design ADRs and reference architectures
Lead Zero-Trust mobility implementations
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and product teams

Technical Overview

Hands-on with UEM, patch and vulnerability management, and identity federation; strong scripting and automation across Windows/macOS/mobile endpoints; experience with VDI and cloud identity providers.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT infrastructure professional with 2+ years in endpoint management, strong Tanium skills, and hands-on VMware UEM expertise, capable of designing secure, remote-compatible end-user compute solutions within a healthcare environment.

Must-Have Skills

Experience with VMware Workspace ONE (UEM)Tanium Certified Engineer (TCE): Active certification or demonstrable masteryCloud-Native Integration with identity providers (OktaAzure AD/Entra ID)VDI experience with VMware Horizon or Citrix
