About this role
This role is responsible for representing ERIE and its insureds in Pennsylvania litigated matters. The attorney will handle personal injury, property damage, and other insurance-related disputes and manage all phases of litigation through trial.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent ERIE and its insureds in Pennsylvania litigated matters
- Manage a diverse caseload including personal injury and property damage
- Lead all phases of litigation including discovery and depositions
- Handle motion practice, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Try cases in arbitration and trial settings
