About this role
Senior UX Designer to drive the UX strategy for Dover's digital products in Bangalore. Lead design across major modules, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver usable, delightful experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the UX strategy for digital products, ensuring usability and delightful experiences
- Collaborate with agile product teams to deliver iterative releases
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Present design methods and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and enablement activities
- Promote sharing of best practices across Dover Digital

Stack includes Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin; emphasis on user-centered design, usability, and interaction design; delivering design systems and scalable UX solutions.

The ideal candidate is a senior UX designer with a strong portfolio and proven ability to lead UX strategy in an agile environment. They excel at creating scalable design systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams across distributed groups.
