About this role

Risk & Control Lead will head the 1LOD engineering risk and controls agenda across Corporate Engineering, drive remediation, and provide executive-ready metrics and dashboards to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 1LOD engineering risk and controls agenda across Corporate Engineering domains
  • Partner with engineering leaders to identify, quantify, and mitigate technology risk
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle for issue remediation (root cause, action planning, execution, validation, closure)
  • Establish executive-ready metrics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Drive rationalization and automation of controls; ensure policy-aligned SLAs

Technical Overview

Leads technology risk and governance with emphasis on IAM, vulnerability/issue management, and SDLC; uses ServiceNow and Jira for controls; builds testing/assurance programs aligned to frameworks.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior technology risk executive with 7-10 years of experience leading 1LOD risk programs, strong across IAM, vulnerability and issue management, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a large financial services environment.

Must-Have Skills
