About this role
The SEO Manager will drive qualified lead generation through strategic SEO planning, execution, and performance reporting. This role is accountable to strict daily and monthly lead targets while improving website technical and content performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate 20 qualified leads per day via organic SEO
- Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) to track KPIs
- Collaborate on content and improve website structure, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness
- Log work hours and track daily productivity using Workstatus App
Technical Overview
The role requires hands-on SEO work including on-page/off-page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and link-building. The manager will monitor performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, supported by tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz, and optimize technical aspects such as site structure, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an SEO-focused marketer with at least 3 years of SEO management experience, capable of driving measurable results against daily and monthly lead targets. They have hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console, strong knowledge of technical SEO and link-building, and proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
