About this role
Service Desk Analyst providing onsite IT support in Statesville, NC. Responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing service desk tickets, and supporting Office 365 and end-user devices, including on-call rotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end ownership of service desk requests
- Manage and track service desk tickets
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Identify recurring issues, escalate trends, and recommend proactive solutions
- Participate in IT on-call rotations
Technical Overview
Focus on desktop/laptop hardware, software, Office 365 administration, and end-user device management; incident triage; ticketing and SLA adherence; on-site IT operations.
