About this role
Support the service desk by documenting tickets, configuring accounts and devices, and performing first-level troubleshooting across networking, cloud, and applications. Maintain IT inventory and assist with executive support, including after-hours/on-call coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record and document requests in service desk software
- Configure user accounts and laptops; provide desktop support
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, applications, and peripherals
- Manage hardware/software asset lifecycle and inventory
- Provide after-hours support to executives and participate in on-call rotation
Technical Overview
Hands-on helpdesk work including user account configuration, laptop/desktop support, and troubleshooting printers, copiers, fax machines, telephones, and monitors. Uses service desk software for request tracking and produces SOP-style documentation.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT support professional who can handle first-level support through the service desk, including ticket documentation, user account configuration, and laptop/desktop troubleshooting. They are comfortable supporting executives, maintaining IT inventory, creating SOP-style documentation, and participating in after-hours and on-call rotation.
