About this role
Odevo seeks a Service Desk Technician to support US-based Service Desk operations remotely. The role provides first-level IT support for end-users across multiple companies, with emphasis on Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations of the US Service Desk
- Provide first level IT support for end users
- Manage user accounts and device provisioning
- Test and evaluate new tools and procedures
- Create end-user documentation and maintain knowledge base
Technical Overview
Focus on Windows-based devices, cloud services (Microsoft 365), device management (Intune/Entra), and ITIL-based service delivery. Uses Service Desk ticketing and remote management tools to resolve issues and document solutions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT service desk analyst with 0-1 year of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune. CCNA/A+ is a plus; comfortable with remote support and ITIL practices.
