About this role
Service Network Administrator supports the Assurant ANZ service network with day-to-day queries, escalation management, and ongoing system maintenance; offers monthly KPI/ SLA reporting and stakeholder liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email inboxes and action items
- Liaise with service centres on queries, escalations and SLAs
- Assist with monthly reporting on key metrics and SLAs
- Liaise with customers for escalations and fault confirmations
- Provide ongoing system maintenance to support business programs
